About us - What started EMX Customz?

I started working in the e-bike industry around 1–2 years ago, gaining hands-on experience with established brands and businesses. During that time, I was deeply involved in building, maintaining, and repairing e-bikes, helping riders keep their bikes performing reliably and safely. This gave me a strong understanding of how e-bikes function, what components matter most, and where riders often run into issues.

Working closely with different setups and customers, I began to notice a common gap finding the right accessories and parts that are both reliable and suited to real-world riding wasn’t always easy. Many riders either settled for low-quality components or struggled to find parts that truly matched their needs.

While I valued the experience of working with other brands and contributing to their growth, it pushed me to take things further. I wanted to create something of my own something built around quality, practicality, and genuine rider needs rather than just pushing products.

That’s what led me to start EMX Customz.
