Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that these are estimates only and delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products or orders over a certain value
  • Flat-rate shipping for accessories

Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Delivery Location & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are complete and accurate, including:

  • Full name
  • Correct street address (including unit/apartment number if applicable)
  • Suburb, state, and postcode
  • Valid contact phone number and email

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm that both the shipping and billing addresses are correct before completing the purchase.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. This includes errors in street names, postcodes, or missing unit numbers.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to have the order re-dispatched.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update the details, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
